We only use USDA beef, working with a local supplier to bring the best ingredients to your table. We even offer custom cooking, smoking, deboning, and slicing. Simply drop off thawed meats (10 lb minimum) at least 24 hours in advance of your casual celebration, and we’ll take care of the rest!
